You Guessed it... today is Mark's Birthday, and this marks (haha) his last year in his twenties. Wyatt and I just wanted to give a shout out to our main man... You are a wonderful husband, and the best dad ever. We are so grateful for you!
Tonight Wyatt-man and I took Daddy to Jim 'n' Nicks for his birthday. This is literally the first time we have taken Wyatt out to a restaurant (Thank You Grandparents!!) and now we truly know what a treat it is to go out to eat on our own. It was interesting to say the least. Wyatt was tired and did not like sitting in the high chair. He dropped his toys 50,000 times and we picked them up and handed them back every time. We held him in our lap, bouncing him on our knee while we tried to eat our food. We rushed through our meal, and were in and out in a half hour- so much for the relaxing family dinner I thought we would have!
Oh well, what matters is that we were together- celebrating Mark's first birthday as a daddy :)
